Army Deploys Forces in Western Zoutar Area

The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued the following statement:

“Following the previous statement regarding the continuation of the army’s missions in the southern regions, military units started deploying this morning in the town of Western Zoutar - Nabatieh, based on ongoing communications with the Military Coordination Group for Lebanon (MCG4L).”

The Army Command renews its call to citizens to refrain from heading to the town until the security situation stabilizes and to adhere to the instructions of the deployed military units to ensure their safety.”
