Closed Meeting on Nabatieh Courthouse... This Is What Nassar Announced

Minister of Justice Adel Nassar wrote via his account on the "X" platform:

"To prevent any confusion, the Ministry of Justice wishes to confirm that during the Minister of Justice's visit to the Nabatieh region, and after consultations with the Mayor of Nabatieh, the Mayor of Kafr Man, and security officials, a closed meeting was held including the First President of the Court of Appeal, the Prosecutor General of the Court of Appeal, and the First Investigating Judge.

The meeting concluded with a direction towards resuming normal work at the Nabatieh Courthouse as soon as possible, while taking the necessary measures to protect files and prepare for any emergency.

In this context, communication took place with the President of the Higher Judicial Council and the Dean of Lawyers, who both expressed their support for this direction, noting that the matter will be presented to the Higher Judicial Council in its meeting next Monday."
