Details of the Arrest of a Female Prostitution Network in Amchit and Al-Maameltein

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division issued the following:

As part of the continuous follow-up carried out by specialized units within the Internal Security Forces to combat crimes against public morals and dismantle networks engaged in human trafficking and prostitution, including the phenomenon of girls on roads attracting clients.

On 31-10-2026, elements of the Anti-Trafficking in Persons and Protection of Morals Office in the Judicial Police Unit arrested three girls on the Amchit – Jbeil highway who were present on the roads with the intention of attracting clients for prostitution purposes. They are:

– Kh. H. (unregistered)

– A. A. (unregistered)

– F. A. (Lebanese)

In the Al-Maameltein area / Coastal Road, a patrol from the aforementioned office arrested, in the same act, Ms.:

H. M. (Syrian)

During their interrogation, they confessed to what was attributed to them and were referred to the competent judiciary, acting upon its instructions.
