Roadworks on Asham Street Toward Ring Bridge and Traffic Measures

The following was issued by the Directorate General of Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Division:

"A contracting company will carry out road planning works on previously asphalted roads, starting from the Asham Street area, specifically the lane leading to the Military Hospital – former Council of Ministers, passing through the Museum (Lebanese University), General Security, the French Embassy, Sodeco, and Siyon Descent, towards the Ring Bridge.

The works will begin on Wednesday 4-11-2026 and will last for four weeks, from 18:00 to 05:00 the following morning, on each working day.

These works will not result in the closure of traffic on the aforementioned roads.

Citizens are requested to take note and comply with the directions and guidance of Internal Security Forces personnel, as well as the placed traffic signs, to facilitate traffic flow."
