Lebanon's Ministries of Administrative Development and Agriculture convened a technical meeting to advance service digitization. Ministers Fadi Makki and Nizar Hani, alongside experts, reviewed progress in digitizing and re-engineering agricultural services, highlighting key initiatives with potential for expansion. The meeting also addressed the Correspondence Tracking System (CTS), aimed at simplifying internal workflows. Discussions further assessed the Ministry of Agriculture's current operations, drawing on comparative experiences and best practices to identify improvement opportunities, especially in sector governance. This collaboration underscores efforts to modernize public services through digital transformation.

A technical work meeting was held at the Ministry of Administrative Development with the Ministry of Agriculture, with the participation of Agriculture Minister Nizar Hani and a number of relevant ministerial departments, as well as Administrative Development Minister Fadi Makki and a team of experts and advisers.
The meeting included a brief presentation on the progress made in the digitization and re-engineering of services in partnership with the Ministry of Agriculture, with key initiatives highlighted and their potential for development and expansion in the future. In parallel, progress on the Correspondence Tracking System (CTS) was presented, as part of ongoing efforts to simplify and digitize internal workflows.
The current situation of the Ministry of Agriculture was also discussed, along with comparative experiences and best practices in the sectors it operates in and improvement opportunities, particularly regarding the governance of the sectors under the Ministry of Agriculture.
