4. Reducing the establishment fee for new subscriptions for buildings connected to water networks by the following percentages:

• 28% for metered water subscriptions.

• 15% for counter-based water subscriptions.

5. Reducing the fee for changing subscriber names by 90%.

6. Reducing the fee for renewing temporary subscriptions by 90%.

7. Allowing subscribers who wish to pay their 2026 dues in two equal installments, detailed as follows:

• The first installment must be paid before the end of November 2026.

• The second installment must be paid before the end of December 2026.

8. Regarding the 2026 issuance, the maximum deadline for payment is 31/12/2026; late payment penalties become effective at a rate of 2% monthly starting from 02/01/2026.

The Establishment expressed hope that "subscribers will respond to this announcement and initiate the settlement of their due amounts without any delay, especially arrears, in application of Article 24 of the investment regulations in force at the Establishment, issued by Decree No. 14597 dated 14/06/2005, under penalty of disconnecting distribution devices from the network in case of non-payment," considering that "this announcement serves as personal notification to each subscriber and interrupts the statute of limitations."
