Hajjar Discusses Latest Developments

Minister of the Interior and Municipalities Ahmad Hajjar received Jihad al-Samad, head of the parliamentary committee for National Defense, Interior, and Municipalities, in his office, where the latest developments in the country were discussed, along with security conditions and issues of mutual interest.

He also received Sheikh Mdarar Hubal, Mufti of Saida, discussing the situation in the Saida region and the affairs of its people.

Hajjar also met with Sheikh Muhammad Assaf, President of the Supreme Sunni Sharia Courts, who briefed him on the status and operations of the courts.

Among the visitors: former MP and head of the Syrian Social Nationalist Party, Assad Haridan.
