He deceived his victims by claiming he could secure health coverage by impersonating an official
The General Directorate of State Security arrested a Lebanese individual for fraud and impersonating an official, deceiving victims into paying him for health coverage.

Issued by the General Directorate of State Security – Media, Guidance and Public Relations Department, the following statement: "Within the framework of the ongoing efforts exerted by the General Directorate of State Security to combat fraud crimes, a patrol from the Mount Lebanon Regional Directorate – Keserwan Office managed to arrest the Lebanese (F. H.) for committing fraudulent acts and impersonating an official. During the investigation, it turned out that the detainee impersonated the position of head of office of one of the ministers and also used an incorrect name and title, to deceive citizens into believing he could secure health coverage and guarantee for medical treatment expenses for some of his victims in exchange for receiving money. Based on the指示 of the Public Prosecution Office in Mount Lebanon, he was arrested and handed over with the seized items to the competent authority."
