Intense Night of Israeli Airstrikes and Ground Operations in South Lebanon
Israeli forces conducted continuous air raids, artillery shelling, and ground operations across South Lebanon throughout the night until early morning.

Israeli military activity in South Lebanon persisted overnight and into the early hours of the day, involving airstrikes, artillery bombardment, and sweeping ground maneuvers.
Around 5:30 a.m., a massive explosion was heard in the town of Majdal Zoun in the Tyre district. Earlier, Israeli warplanes launched three air raids near midnight and during dawn targeting the town of Beit Yahoun in the Bint Jbeil district.
The airstrikes followed an artillery barrage consisting of approximately ten shells aimed at the towns of Braishit and Beit Yahoun. Concurrently, Israeli forces conducted machine gun sweeps directed at Beit Yahoun. Additionally, Israeli warplanes carried out low-altitude dummy air raids while releasing thermal balloons over several villages in the eastern sector.
At dawn, the Israeli army expanded its sweeping operations around the towns of Qantara and Eastern Zoutar, while continuing earth-moving and clearing activities between Talousa and Markaba.
Furthermore, demolition and clearing efforts by Israeli forces were completed in the town of Ain Arab in the Marjeyoun district. This followed previous incidents where several homes were set ablaze, despite residents having returned three days earlier under the escort of the Lebanese army. The residents were subsequently ordered to evacuate the town once more.
During the night, machine gun sweeps were also recorded from Israeli positions in Bayada toward Majdal Zoun, Bait Al-Sayyad, and the outskirts of Mansouri.
Yesterday, a drone strike targeted a vehicle on the Mifdoun-Zoutar road, resulting in three fatalities and one injury. Israeli drones also repeatedly dropped stun grenades over Nabatiyeh Al-Fawqa.
