Israeli Army: We Attacked Hezbollah-Linked Infrastructure in Southern Lebanon

The Israeli army spokesperson, Ila Wawer, stated that "the Israeli army attacked militants and infrastructure linked to Hezbollah in southern Lebanon last night in response to a missile fired toward Israeli military forces in the security zone."

She added on X: "As part of these strikes, air force aircraft targeted weapons storage facilities intended for use by Hezbollah operatives to plan and direct operations targeting Israeli military forces in the security zone and Israeli civilians. These strikes were carried out to eliminate an immediate threat. The attacks were conducted in response to Hezbollah's attempt yesterday to carry out an operation against Israeli military forces operating in the security zone, during which a missile was launched toward them. No injuries were reported among our forces."
