What is being circulated in some media outlets, instigated by known political forces and currents, regarding the Ministry of Energy, is part of an attempt to mislead public perception about the position of Energy Minister Joudeh Sadeh and divert attention from the core issue: his insistence that the government assume its responsibilities, particularly in paying outstanding dues owed by public administrations and institutions to the Lebanon Electricity Authority.

This disinformation also aims to obscure the minister's firm stance on adopting a flexible tariff system, which would allow for increased power supply hours and thereby reduce the high costs borne by citizens due to reliance on private generators.
