Military Field Preparations for Deployment Completed in Western Zoutar

A military source informed Nidaa Al-Watan that field preparations for the army's deployment have been completed, particularly in Western Zoutar, and that the initiative now rests with the opposing party to commence execution.

The source did not rule out the possibility that this phase of “model areas” could be finalized today in accordance with the political decision made on the matter.

Furthermore, the source noted that field coordination was conducted through MCG4L, the “Military Coordination Group for Lebanon,” which itself stems from the “Tripartite Framework” formula agreed upon during meetings held in Washington.
