Minister of Industry and Iraqi Ambassador Discuss Facilitating Flow of Lebanese Goods to Iraq

During his meeting with the Iraqi Ambassador to Lebanon, Mohammad Reda Al-Husseini, Minister of Industry Joe Issa El-Khoury stated that "the Iraqi market is very important for Lebanese industrial and agricultural products, and reciprocal relations between Lebanon and Iraq date back decades," affirming "Lebanon's keenness to develop and strengthen them for the benefit of both countries."

Al-Husseini responded by expressing "his country's adherence to the distinctive relations with Lebanon and between the Lebanese and Iraqi peoples."

The discussion addressed ways to remove obstacles in order to facilitate the flow of Lebanese goods to Iraq.
