Ministry of Finance Reminds Taxpayers of Income Tax Declaration Deadlines
The Ministry of Finance issued a statement reminding taxpayers that deadlines for submitting income tax declarations and completing related obligations are approaching.

In a statement, the Ministry of Finance reminded "the concerned taxpayers that some of the deadlines benefited from under Law No. 46 dated 27/7/2026 on the suspension of deadlines, which expire during October 2026, are nearing their end, and urged them to take the initiative to submit their declarations and complete their obligations within the specified deadlines, as follows:
October 10, 2026: Expiration of the deadline related to the revaluation of inventory and the revaluation of fixed assets for the years 2023 and 2024, in accordance with Law No. 330/2024 and extended by Law No. 40/2026.
October 31, 2026: Expiration of the deadline for submitting annual income tax declarations for the year 2025 for money companies, banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, and holding companies, in addition to the associated annual data and declarations.
October 31, 2026: Expiration of the deadline for submitting requests for the revaluation of fixed asset elements for money companies for the year 2025 in accordance with Law No. 330/2024.
Therefore, the Ministry of Finance urges the concerned taxpayers to complete their obligations within the aforementioned deadlines to avoid the accrual of legal penalties."
