Mortar Shell Found Inside Tripoli's Seraya

An old mortar shell was found this Wednesday morning inside the premises of Tripoli's Seraya, while workers from the Tripoli Municipality were carrying out cleaning and weed removal activities in the area.

Relevant authorities were immediately notified, and a security perimeter was established around the vicinity, awaiting the arrival of a military expert from the army to inspect the shell, handle it, and safely remove it.
