Lebanon
Israel has issued new rules allowing shooting at any person detected in Lebanon's "yellow line" area, following political and military coordination.

Channel 14 reported that new Israeli shooting instructions in Lebanon, established after coordination between political and military levels, permit firing from the ground toward suspicious areas and axes.
The report stated that any individual observed within the "yellow line" is considered a legitimate target and can be killed immediately, even if they do not pose an imminent threat. Immediate fire will be opened upon detecting a clear danger, such as rocket cells or drones, while other non-imminent threats will not be targeted.
It was also noted that the authority to approve airstrikes has shifted from the "regional commander" to the "division commander," and that the destruction of tunnels and underground facilities will occur at a later stage after lifting certain operational and political restrictions.
