South Water: Reduced Supply from Al-Fawwar Reservoir - Sidon
The South Lebanon Water Establishment announced a reduction in water supply from the Al-Fawwar reservoir for two consecutive days starting Wednesday morning due to the extension of new distribution lines and the connection of the old reservoir to a new 2,000 cubic meter reservoir.

The South Lebanon Water Establishment announced in a statement to its subscribers benefiting from the Al-Fawwar reservoir "a reduction in water supply tomorrow, Wednesday morning, for two consecutive days, due to works to extend new distribution lines and connect the old Al-Fawwar reservoir to the new reservoir with a capacity of 2,000 cubic meters, which the establishment built next to the old reservoir to increase the stored quantities for the benefit of the city of Sidon and the areas that receive water from it."
The establishment urged subscribers to "rationalize water consumption until the completion of the necessary extension works."
