State Security Measures in Nabatiyeh Between Aoun and Laundès

President Joseph Aoun received General Edgar Laundès, Director General of State Security, and discussed the country's security situation and the measures taken by the agency to strengthen its presence in the south generally and in the Nabatiyeh region specifically, in implementation of the deliberations from the security meeting chaired by Aoun last Wednesday.

The discussion also covered State Security’s work in combating corruption and ensuring compliance within government administrations and official institutions.
