Stormy Autumn Weather Awaits You!

The Estimation Department at the Meteorological Agency of the Directorate General of Civil Aviation predicted that tomorrow's weather will be partly to fully cloudy with an additional drop in temperatures and scattered morning rains in the northern regions. These rains are expected to be accompanied by lightning, thunder, and active winds. The rain will gradually subside from the afternoon onwards, and the weather will stabilize in the evening with continued fog formation on the highlands and poor visibility.

The bulletin stated the following:

-General Situation: Unstable autumn weather prevails over Lebanon and the eastern Mediterranean basin with light rainfall, continuing for the next two days before turning into stable weather starting Wednesday morning.

Average temperatures for October: Tripoli between 20 and 28°C, Beirut 21 and 29°C, Zahle between 13 and 27°C.

-Expected Weather in Lebanon:

Monday: Generally cloudy with a drop in temperatures and scattered rains, especially in the northern regions. Dense fog forms on the highlands where visibility is completely zero.

Tuesday: Partly to fully cloudy with an additional drop in temperatures and scattered morning rains in the northern regions. These rains are expected to be accompanied by lightning, thunder, and active winds. The rain will gradually subside from the afternoon onwards, and the weather will stabilize in the evening with continued fog formation on the highlands and poor visibility.

Wednesday: Few clouds to partly cloudy with a rise in temperatures and continued appearance of fog on the highlands and poor visibility.

Thursday: Few clouds to partly cloudy with a noticeable rise in temperatures, especially in mountainous and inland areas.

-Temperatures on the coast range from 19 to 26 degrees, above the mountains from 10 to 21 degrees, and inland from 10 to 27 degrees.
-Surface Winds: Northwesterly during the day, variable and weak at night, with speeds ranging between 10 and 30 km/h.
-Visibility: Generally good but deteriorates on the highlands due to fog.
-Relative Humidity on the Coast: Between 70 and 90%
-Sea Condition: Choppy, Water Surface Temperature: 28°C
-Atmospheric Pressure: 764 mmHg.
