The Internal Security Forces' General Directorate has announced traffic measures for several music festivals in the Ayn al-Siman area from August 12 to 16, 2026, affecting routes in Kfardebian and Harajel.

Issued by the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces – Public Relations Sector:

“In connection with the organization of several concerts and music festivals within the Ayn al-Siman area, which are expected to attract large numbers of citizens, traffic measures and road diversions will be implemented from August 12 to August 16, 2026, as follows:

First: Music concerts at Wada Project – Kfardebian

The concerts will be held by one company on August 13, 14, 15, and 16, 2026.

Vehicles will follow this route: From Faraya Square, turn right, ascend toward the Qanater intersection, then proceed through Emile Lahoud Roundabout – Qara, arriving at Ayn al-Siman – Wada Square.

Second: Music concert in the town of Harajel

The concert will take place on August 13, 2026.

Vehicles will follow this route: From Faraya Square, turn left, head toward the Shabrouh intersection, arriving at Shabrouh – Harajel.

Third: Music festivals at Al-Hulam Project – Kfardebian

The festivals will be organized by one company on August 12, 13, 14, and 15, 2026.

Vehicles will follow this route: From the Fittaron intersection, turn right, proceed toward the town of Kfardebian, arriving at the festival venue at Al-Hulam Project – Kfardebian.

Fourth: Music concert in the town of Kfardebian – Qanater Intersection

The concert will be held by one company on August 13, 2026.

Vehicles will follow this route: From the Fittaron intersection, turn right, proceed toward the town of Kfardebian, arriving at the concert venue at the Qanater Intersection – Kfardebian.

Therefore, the General Directorate of the Internal Security Forces requests citizens and road users to comply with posted signs, follow instructions from Internal Security Forces personnel, and direct themselves to designated parking areas, in order to ensure smooth traffic flow and avoid congestion.”
