The Israeli military announced that two officers sustained serious injuries in two distinct incidents in southern Lebanon, according to the Israeli newspaper Haaretz.

Haaretz reported that one officer was seriously wounded while intercepting a "suspicious aerial target," whereas the other officer was injured during clashes in southern Lebanon.

During the same clashes, the commander of the reconnaissance unit in the Givati Brigade suffered minor injuries.
