MTV learned that House Speaker Nabih Berri's call for the Bureau of the Chamber to meet on Monday is due to his desire to soon convene a legislative session to decide on a number of projects, including the government-submitted bill regarding the Ministry of Energy obtaining an additional appropriation from the budget, amounting to 100 million dollars, to pay off some arrears owed by certain public administrations.
