Olivia Rodrigo discusses her new album and festival plans in The Hollywood Reporter, wearing a sheer Dior slip dress with feathered details.

A sheer Dior slip dress defined Olivia Rodrigo’s latest visual narrative for The Hollywood Reporter. The musician utilized the ethereal garment to frame discussions surrounding her recent album, “you seem pretty sad for a girl so in love,” alongside preparations for the Daisy Chain Fields festival. Multiple high-fashion ensembles accompanied the interview, though the Dior piece stood out as the primary focus of the portrait series.
The selected gown originated from Dior’s Cruise 2027 collection, characterized by its tactile construction on a delicate cream sheer base. Thin spaghetti straps supported a V-neckline, while the surface displayed a mosaic of multi-textured fringe, micro-beads, and shimmering sequins. These embellishments appeared in blush pink, soft champagne, and ivory tones, providing movement and dimension to the silhouette.
White feathered petals cascaded along the left shoulder strap and bodice, continuing down the side seam to trim the hemline. This botanical detail added further motion to the dress. Stylists Chloe & Chenelle Delgadillo curated the look, keeping accessories minimal to ensure attention remained on the gown. The lower half of Rodrigo’s outfit was not visible in the published portraits.
Rodrigo’s beauty approach marked a fresh direction, featuring dark hair worn down in loose waves with a middle part. Her makeup emphasized a radiant, dew-kissed complexion, paired with flushed pink cheeks, neatly structured eyebrows, smudged eyeliner, and a glossy berry-tinted lip.
Additional portraits showcased a head-to-toe Schiaparelli ensemble. This outfit included a long-sleeved black top with a structured high collar, lined down the front with gleaming gold buttons. A matching black midi skirt featured vertical side cutouts running down the thigh and leg, adorned with gold stud hardware that created a ladder effect across the panels.
