On July 3, at approximately 2:30 p.m. local time, Paul Pelosi was involved in a collision with a legally parked vehicle on the 6700 block of Yount Street in Yountville, California. The crash caused significant damage to the rear of the parked car and affected its front right tire, which struck the curb.

Authorities reported that Paul Pelosi was driving a brown convertible when the incident occurred. Witnesses informed investigators that after the collision, Pelosi’s vehicle briefly stopped before continuing to drive away. When questioned, Pelosi acknowledged he believed he had hit something but was unsure what it was, leading him to drive off after a temporary stop. His car eventually became disabled and could no longer be driven.
The case has been handed over to the Napa County District Attorney’s Office for further review. Under California law, Pelosi was not arrested but may face misdemeanor charges related to property damage. No injuries were reported on either side.
