2-Nanometer A20 Pro Chip Expected

Leaks indicate the iPhone 18 Pro will be powered by the A20 Pro system-on-chip — Apple’s first smartphone processor built on a 2-nanometer manufacturing process. This shift from the iPhone 17 Pro’s A19 Pro chip is anticipated to deliver improved performance and greater energy efficiency, particularly during demanding tasks such as AI-powered applications and high-end gaming. Reduced power draw may also ease thermal and battery load under sustained use.

Apple’s In-House C2 5G Modem
