Erdogan Commits to Greater Responsibility for Fairer NATO Burden Sharing

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan stated that Turkey is prepared to take on additional responsibilities to achieve a more equitable sharing of burdens within the NATO alliance.

Erdogan emphasized that the most important aspect regarding tensions in the Middle East is maintaining the determination to resolve issues. He also rejected opposition from Israel and Greece to Turkey's acquisition of F-35 fighter jets, asserting that such opposition "has no place in my world."
