Four crew members are missing after a US attack on a commercial boat in southern Iran, leaving one dead and ten injured.

Four Iranian sailors are unaccounted for following a US attack on a commercial vessel near the southern port city of Minab late Friday, according to Iranian state media. The incident left one person dead and ten others wounded, with rescue teams still scouring the area.
The Mehr news agency quoted Ahmad Nafisi, the political and security deputy governor of Hormozgan province, as confirming that four crew members of the targeted commercial boat remain missing. Nafisi described the vessel, a "launch" (small boat), as having been sailing near Minab's waters when it came under attack, resulting in a severe fire that engulfed the craft.
According to the official, the boat was carrying 15 sailors at the time. One individual was killed, ten sustained injuries, and four are still missing, he stated.
"From the first moments of the incident, relief and rescue teams from the Red Crescent Society, popular forces, and search groups were dispatched to the area," Nafisi said. He added that the wounded were immediately transferred to hospitals for medical treatment.
