Iran's Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, Amir Hatami, announced a financial reward of $30,000 for anyone who captures or kills an American soldier.
Speaking during the Journalist Day celebration, according to Iran's Fars News Agency, Hatami said any Iranian military personnel who, with the support of the people, capture or kill a "U.S. aggressor soldier" will receive a $30,000 reward.
He added that "expelling America has become a reality, and they no longer have any license to enter the Gulf, the Oman Sea, and the Strait of Hormuz."
He stated: "Everyone must understand that U.S. bases will never be able to return to their former state, and Iran will never allow such a thing to happen."
