Iranian media: Mojtaba Khamenei meets with Rezai and stresses Tehran's demands to end the war
Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei met with security official Mohsen Rezaei on Tuesday, emphasizing that Iran's conditions for ending the war must be met.

According to the Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA), Iranian Supreme National Security Council Secretary Mohsen Rezaei met with Iranian Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei on Tuesday.
The agency reported that the meeting addressed several key issues, including "protecting national and regional security through managing the Strait of Hormuz, and strengthening bilateral relations with neighboring countries based on sustainable and mutual interests."
During the meeting, Khamenei stressed the "necessity of fulfilling the conditions" put forward by Iranian officials to end the war and exit the state of "neither war nor peace," ensuring Iran's "rights" and interests as well as those of its allied groups.
The agency noted that Rezaei presented a report on the country's situation in various fields and ongoing efforts.
It added that Rezaei clarified in his report that following Iran's strategic policy aimed at establishing a regional system originating from within the region "is among the files being monitored by the Supreme National Security Council Secretariat."
This comes after Rezaei participated on Monday in a meeting in Tehran between the Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and Pakistan signatories of the Mecca Defense Pact and senior Iranian officials.
Rezaei also met on Tuesday with Yemen's ambassador to Iran, appointed by the Houthis, and briefed him on the details of the recent quadrilateral meeting in Tehran.
