The head of the Israeli Election Committee confirmed on Sunday that suspicions regarding violations would not affect the results of the ballot held on October 27, while noting that an investigation into the matter is currently underway.

Judge Noam Solberg said, "The suspicions presented to us are serious, and we will examine them fully," but added, "Our position is that even if these suspicions are confirmed, it will not compromise the integrity of the electoral process or the overall election results."

The elections concluded without any party achieving a majority, presenting a dilemma for both Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's camp and his rival Gadi Eisenkot's camp, as they must expand their respective blocs to form a government.
