Jeff Bezos' space company experienced a major rocket explosion during a test, with all crew members confirmed safe.

The space exploration company owned by American billionaire Jeff Bezos reported a significant malfunction during a live burn test of one of its rockets. The company issued a brief statement on the platform X, confirming that "all crew members are safe and accounted for."
A video of the incident shows smoke rising from beneath the rocket before it is completely engulfed in flames, turning into a massive fireball.
Mike Waltz, a member of Congress representing Florida's district that includes Cape Canaveral, where the launch platform is located, said he contacted NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman regarding the explosion.
On X, Waltz wrote, "I am grateful there were no injuries and thank the first responders, engineers, and launch crews who acted swiftly."
This explosion marks the latest setback for Bezos' space exploration company.
Last month, the company's New Glenn rocket failed to deliver a communications satellite to its intended orbit, prompting an investigation.
