Russian Defense Ministry confirmed intercepting and destroying 152 Ukrainian drones across multiple regions between 08:00 and 20:00 Moscow time on Saturday; six of those were en route to Moscow, according to Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin announced on Sunday that Russian Defense Ministry air defense systems had shot down six unmanned aerial vehicles approaching the capital. He posted the information on the social media platform “Maks,” stating that “Defense Ministry air defense systems destroyed six drones flying toward Moscow.”
Sobyanin added that emergency and rescue teams are operating at the site where debris from the downed drones landed.
The Russian Defense Ministry reported earlier on Saturday that its air defense systems intercepted and destroyed 152 Ukrainian drones between 08:00 and 20:00 Moscow time. According to the ministry’s official statement, the drones were neutralized over Belgorod, Bryansk, Kaluga, Kursk, Lipetsk, Oryol, Tula, the Republic of Crimea, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Krasnodar Krai, the Sea of Azov, and the Black Sea.
In a separate statement, the Russian Defense Ministry said it carried out intensive strikes against military manufacturing facilities in Kyiv.
