Trump Criticizes Starmer's Expected Resignation Over Migration and Energy Failures
Donald Trump commented on UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer's anticipated resignation, citing major failures in migration and energy policies.

Former US President Donald Trump addressed reports of British Prime Minister Keir Starmer's anticipated resignation, stating that Starmer had "failed miserably" on critical issues of migration and energy. Trump extended his wishes for Starmer's future success.
On his platform Truth Social, Trump posted: "Keir Starmer will resign as Prime Minister of the United Kingdom. He has failed miserably on two very important issues: migration and energy (opening North Sea oil fields!). I wish him luck!"
Trump's remarks followed a report by The Telegraph the previous day, which indicated that Starmer's allies believe he is preparing to step down and may announce his intention on Monday. The newspaper cited a senior government official who said, "Keir Starmer's allies believe he is preparing to leave his position... The embattled Prime Minister realizes the 'game is over'."
This development comes amid weeks of mounting pressure on Starmer, with nearly 100 Labour MPs calling for his resignation. Additionally, British Transport Secretary Heidi Alexander became the first cabinet member to publicly urge Starmer to leave office.
