Zelenskyy added via the Telegram app: "These two tankers were actively used for oil transportation and are no longer so now. Ukraine will continue to comprehensively develop its long-range capabilities, at sea, in the air, and on land." On the other hand, Alexander Drozdenko, governor of Russia's Leningrad region, said that Ukrainian drones attacked, on Sunday, Primorsk port on the Baltic Sea, leading to a fire there. Drozdenko added that more than 60 drones were shot down overnight over the Leningrad region in northwestern Russia.
He indicated that no oil spill occurred after the attack on Primorsk, which is a major export hub, and that the fire was extinguished.
