Kin refused to elaborate during a hearing before Congress, citing the public nature of the session, but he said: "There are certainly some movements in this regard."
For his part, the Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, Senator Roger Wicker, affirmed, saying: "There is no doubt that Russia, led by Vladimir Putin, is taking serious steps to undermine our efforts to achieve success in Iran."
