A spokesperson for the Polish Ministry of Interior announced via the "X" platform that police had received information regarding a potential attack on Prime Minister Donald Tusk and Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz.
This comes amid a state of high alert in Poland following violent incidents at two schools, which resulted in the death of a woman in one school's service department.
Spokesperson Karolina Gałecka wrote: "After Polish police received information about a potential attack on Prime Minister Donald Tusk and his deputy, Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz, Interior Minister Marcin Kierwiński and Minister-Coordinator of Special Services Tomasz Siemoniak ordered the necessary measures to be taken in this regard."
