Premier League 2026/27 : les cinq premiers matchs de chaque club dévoilés

Le coup d’envoi de la saison 2026/27 de Premier League sera donné le vendredi 21 août avec la réception de Coventry City, promu, par Arsenal. Le lendemain midi, Hull, également promu, accueillera Manchester United.

Au cours de la saison, chaque équipe affrontera les 19 autres à deux reprises. Pour Arsenal, tenant du titre, un démarrage solide semble essentiel, tandis que les clubs promus chercheront à prendre rapidement de l’élan, espérant éviter une campagne difficile à l’image de Sunderland.

Sur le papier, Arsenal devra affronter un début de saison délicat avec une rencontre contre l’équipe de Frank Lampard, suivie d’un déplacement à Aston Villa, puis d’un match à domicile face à Chelsea dirigé par Xabi Alonso. Ensuite, les Gunners se rendront à Sunderland puis à Brighton.

Coventry devra quant à lui se déplacer à Manchester City lors de sa troisième rencontre, après un premier match à domicile contre Hull, suivi de confrontations contre Brighton et Nottingham Forest.

Nottingham Forest entamera sa saison à domicile contre Leeds, avant d’affronter Liverpool à l’extérieur, Tottenham Hotspur au City Ground, puis Aston Villa à l’extérieur, avec la visite de Coventry pour clore un mois d’août chargé.

Hull devra affronter Aston Villa, Chelsea et Newcastle dans son premier mois, tandis que Fulham, qui débute une nouvelle ère après Marco Silva, rencontrera Chelsea, Liverpool et Manchester United lors de ses cinq premiers matchs.

À l’inverse, Liverpool bénéficiera d’un début de saison plus calme, avec un déplacement à Newcastle, suivi de rencontres contre Nottingham Forest, Ipswich, Fulham et un déplacement chez Bournemouth, club entraîné par Marco Rose. Bournemouth devra relever plusieurs défis, notamment des déplacements à Manchester City et Newcastle, ainsi que des réceptions d’Everton et Sunderland.

Bien qu’un derby mancunien soit programmé pour le week-end du 12 septembre, ni Manchester City ni Manchester United ne débuteront la saison par des rencontres particulièrement difficiles.

Les horaires et dates des matchs au-delà du premier week-end restent susceptibles d’être modifiés en fonction des programmations télévisées.
