I give everything I have to this club, and time is fundamental for any coach. This team has developed significantly over the past two years. If this group stays together for several seasons, we will achieve something big. But changing every six months makes things complicated.”

Frosinone’s form and tactical threat

Regarding the upcoming fixture against Frosinone — newly promoted to Serie A and unbeaten in their last three matches, with two wins and one draw — Fabregas cautioned: “This will be one of the five hardest matches we play this season. Frosinone are in excellent shape. When you watch them, you see 11 friends fighting for each other, playing with courage and attacking intensity. We need a perfect performance to neutralize the danger posed by Massimiliano Allegri’s side — a team marked by fluidity and positive spirit, making them threatening to any opponent.”

Goalkeeper selection amid full squad availability

Como will field a fully fit squad for the first time this season. Gaiden Adai has returned to the bench following recovery from Achilles tendon surgery. That development presents Fabregas with a choice between veteran goalkeeper Jan Oblak and new arrival Robert Sanchez — on loan from Chelsea.
