Kylian Mbappé describes teammate Michael Olise as a reserved player whose skills on the field speak louder than words.

Kylian Mbappé, captain of the French national team, praised one of his teammates, emphasizing that he is both a present and future player with exceptional elegance and vision in his style of play.
Mbappé made these remarks about Michael Olise, the Bayern Munich winger, in an interview with the French newspaper L'Équipe ahead of France's opening World Cup match against Senegal.
Olise enters the World Cup as one of the most prepared players currently, following an outstanding season with his club. The former Crystal Palace star scored 22 goals and provided 31 assists across 52 matches in all competitions.
His total goal contributions have reached 60, including his appearances with the French national team, after scoring a hat-trick in France's 3-0 victory last Monday.
Regarding Olise's reserved nature, Mbappé said, "We both speak French, and he speaks it well. But he has a personality that means you in the media will never really know if his French is improving because he doesn’t talk to you much!"
He added, "Olise does not like speaking to the media; that is his nature. Michael is introverted; he conserves his words, and his feet do the talking."
Mbappé concluded, "Accept him as he is; he will never change. Besides being an exceptional player, he is a wonderful person... Olise is the player of today and tomorrow, with elegance and vision in his style of play, and I get along with him very well."
