Reports have emerged detailing an incident involving English footballer Raheem Sterling, who lost control of a Lamborghini Urus valued at approximately £270,000 while driving on a busy highway. The vehicle collided with a side barrier and veered off the road.

The Sun newspaper cited a witness at the scene who observed Sterling's erratic driving before the car began honking repeatedly in an attempt to warn the driver. Despite the signals, the vehicle continued to swerve without responding.

The witness described the Lamborghini moving rapidly between lanes before hitting the barrier, which caused Sterling to lose control and bring the car to a halt near a highway exit amid heavy traffic.

According to the same witness, the impact’s force caused the car to bounce and spin before coming to rest at the crash site. Other vehicles were forced to stop to avoid further collisions.

Security sources stated that police received reports about the accident and arrived at the location to begin an investigation. The inquiry includes suspicions of driving under the influence of prohibited substances and failure to comply with testing procedures.

Authorities confirmed that no injuries were reported among other road users. The official investigation is ongoing to clarify all circumstances surrounding the event.

This incident occurs during a transitional phase in Raheem Sterling’s professional career, amid recent reports suggesting potential changes in his football future.
