Robert Lewandowski Nears Move to MLS After Leaving Barcelona
Robert Lewandowski is set to join Chicago Fire in Major League Soccer following his departure from Barcelona after four seasons.

Polish striker Robert Lewandowski is close to transferring to the American Major League Soccer for the upcoming season after his exit from the Spanish club Barcelona.
Barcelona officially announced the departure of their veteran forward Lewandowski, ending a four-season association with the club.
Journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed on his X account that Lewandowski has agreed to join the Chicago Fire in the United States.
Romano added that the Polish striker visited the club and the city two weeks ago and is expected to sign his contract with his new team early next week.
Lewandowski had also been linked with a move to the Saudi league after receiving negotiations from Al Hilal club.
Throughout his career, Lewandowski has played extensively in the German Bundesliga, representing Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich.
The 37-year-old contributed significantly to Barcelona’s success, helping the team secure three La Liga titles, one Copa del Rey, and three Spanish Super Cups.
During his time at Barcelona, Lewandowski appeared in 193 matches, scoring 120 goals and providing 24 assists.
