Roni Bardhi has expressed his intention to leave Barcelona this summer to secure more playing time, following a discussion with coach Hans Flick.

Swedish striker Roni Bardhi is planning to depart from Barcelona during the upcoming summer transfer window to gain increased playing opportunities.
According to Sport, Bardhi has informed his agent of his desire to leave and discussions with Barcelona's sporting management have already commenced.
This development followed a meeting between coach Hans Flick and his players, during which he outlined his plans for the new season.
The German coach was explicit with Bardhi, acknowledging that with Lamine Yamal ahead of him, securing playing time would be extremely challenging for Bardhi.
Flick appreciates Bardhi’s efforts during training and is satisfied with his work ethic, though he had anticipated more from the winger, especially after Yamal suffered an injury late in the previous season.
Sport reported that Bardhi favors a loan departure to maintain the possibility of returning to Barcelona in the future.
However, it remains uncertain whether Barcelona’s sporting management will approve a loan or opt to sell him outright to aid the club’s financial situation.
Bardhi joined Barcelona last summer from Copenhagen for a transfer fee of 2.5 million euros and was immediately integrated into the first team.
During his time at Barcelona, the Swedish forward has appeared in 28 matches, scoring two goals—one in La Liga and another in the Spanish Super Cup. His contract extends until summer 2029.
In the final moments before the World Cup, Bardhi was excluded from Sweden’s squad list.
