Zamalek Legend Breaks Down in Tears on Live TV After Final Loss
Former Zamalek star Tarek Yehia wept uncontrollably during a television appearance following his team's penalty shootout defeat to Algeria's USM Alger in the CAF Confederation Cup final.

Tarek Yehia, a former Zamalek standout, broke down in tears live on air as he struggled to cope with his club's loss in the CAF Confederation Cup final.
The White Knights fell to Algeria's USM Alger in a dramatic penalty shootout, losing 8-7 from the spot. Zamalek had won the second leg 1-0 on Saturday evening, leveling the aggregate score after last week's first leg in Algeria.
Yehia appeared as a guest on Ahmed Shobier's program "Al-Nazer," broadcast on Al-Nahar channel, shortly after the final whistle. As the episode began, the former player was visibly overwhelmed by emotion, unable to speak. Shobier was forced to cut to a commercial break as Yehia wept on screen.
