Aoun Condemns Karak Church Attack: Terrorism Has No Religion or Homeland
Lebanese President Joseph Aoun condemned the terrorist attack on a church in Karak, Jordan, stating that terrorism has no religion or homeland and expressing solidarity with the Hashemite Kingdom.

President of the Republic Joseph Aoun received with deep sorrow and condemnation the news of the heinous terrorist attack targeting worshippers at the Karak Church in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, which resulted in innocent martyrs and wounded.
In condemning the crime, President Aoun stated that this criminal act, which targeted places of worship, the sanctity of death, and mourners, contradicts all religious and human values. He reaffirmed that terrorism has no religion or homeland, and its goal is to undermine coexistence and sow discord among the children of fraternal societies.
He said: "While I express Lebanon's strong condemnation of this assault, I extend my most sincere condolences and heartfelt sympathies to His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al-Hussein, to the brotherly Jordanian government and people, and to the families of the victims. I ask God Almighty to have mercy on the deceased and grant the wounded a speedy recovery. Lebanon stands alongside Jordan in confronting terrorism and trusts in the ability of Jordanian authorities to identify the perpetrators and uphold justice."
