Army Commander Meets US Central Command Leader to Discuss Security Cooperation

Brigadier General Rudolf Heikal, the Army Commander, received Admiral Brad Cooper, the Commander of the US Central Command, along with his accompanying delegation at his office in Yarzeh. Their discussions focused on the latest developments in Lebanon and the region, the importance of successfully implementing the security annex of the framework agreement, and ways to enhance future cooperation.

Brigadier General Heikal expressed his gratitude for the American support and emphasized the necessity of continuing collaboration between the two armies to safeguard Lebanon’s security and stability.
