Raid Operations and Seizure of Weapons and War Munitions
Lebanese Army units conducted raids in the town of Brital, Baalbek, seizing weapons, war munitions, and military equipment. During the operation, authorities arrested a citizen identified as M.M. for firing his weapon during a funeral procession. All confiscated items have been handed over to the relevant authorities, and an investigation into the detainee has been initiated under judicial supervision.
The following statement was issued by the Army Command — Directorate of Orientation:
"Army units carried out raids in the town of Brital - Baalbek, resulting in the seizure of weapons, war munitions, and military equipment, and the arrest of citizen (M.M.) for firing his weapon during a funeral procession.
The seized items were handed over to the competent authorities, and an investigation into the detainee was launched under the supervision of the competent judiciary."
