Ministers from Lebanon's interior, labor, and public works and transport sectors held a coordination meeting to address truck operations and develop a joint mechanism for regulatory oversight.
Minister of the Interior and Municipalities Ahmad al-Hajj, Minister of Labor Muhammad Haydar, and Minister of Public Works and Transport Faisal Rasmane held a coordination meeting at the Ministry of the Interior and Municipalities, attended by several relevant officials, dedicated to discussing procedures related to truck operations.
The discussion covered the current state of the sector, along with the establishment of a joint coordination mechanism among the concerned ministries to address outstanding issues in accordance with existing laws and regulations.
