MTV website learned that Energy and Water Minister Joe Sadi postponed his visit scheduled for tomorrow, Monday, to Cyprus, due to its coincidence with the arrival of the Qatari technical and engineering delegation in Beirut for the launch of the fifth round of Lebanese-Qatari negotiations regarding the Qatari energy proposal.
