The French ambassador to Lebanon, Patrick Doury, expressed pride and joy over CMA CGM's launch of the Beirut port container terminal expansion, highlighting its potential to boost the economy and attract international investors.
The French ambassador in Lebanon, Patrick Doury, wrote on his account on the platform "X": "Launching the port container terminal expansion project in Beirut by CMA CGM fills me with pride and joy to see a major French company standing alongside Lebanon."
He added: "This project will help stimulate the economy for the benefit of the Lebanese people and encourage the return of international investors."
