Sources monitoring political and security developments in the region, Palestine, and Lebanon, via "Al-Anbaa Al-Elektroniyah," indicated that the situation in Lebanon and the region is poised to explode at any moment. A new chapter of continuous attacks on Lebanon is expected through the blockade imposed on Mount Ali al-Tahir, given its strategic significance to Israel, as it is one of the key locations for "Hezbollah," overseeing the city of Nabatiyeh, Jabal al-Riyan, the course of the Litani River, and housing a network of interconnected tunnels, considered the central command headquarters of "Hezbollah." The sources estimated the number of personnel inside the site between 60 to 100 individuals, with a likely imminent Israeli attack on Mount Ali al-Tahir aimed at capturing it and destroying the tunnels within, viewing it as a substantial electoral card Netanyahu could leverage in the upcoming legislative elections to secure a parliamentary majority that would help him remain in power and safeguard his political future.
